    We all know life is stressful and hectic and this has become much more apparent over the past year. Join Dr. Tess Olson online via Zoom to learn quick and easy techniques you can use in everyday life. These stress management tools will include self-compassion, heart-centered skills, and mindfulness activities. Registration is required for this event. Dr. Tess Olson is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in the state of Ohio with over 30 years of experience helping people connect with their authentic selves to live a more balanced and heart-centered life. She is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, HeartMath Certified Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Techniques Advanced Practitioner. She believes in the body's wisdom and focuses on techniques that integrate mind, body and spirit.
