Jill will go through the basics of a plant-based diet, reasons why we should eat more plant foods, and creative ways to get more of them into our diet. Samples will be provided.
Jill Johnson is a former food editor for Better Homes & Gardens, has developed and compiled recipes for 5 cookbooks, and contributed to publications such as Midwest Living, Diabetic Living, Hy-Vee Seasons magazine, and Life: Beautiful. Healthy cooking has been her passion for over 3 decades and she has implemented plant-based principles in her own kitchen since 2017.
