Instant Dinner Cooking Class With Lois Carpenter

Event Description:

Learn basic pressure cooking techniques for easy weeknight meals, including two-step mac and cheese and a homestyle chicken and veggie stew. Enjoy a sweet finish to the class with bread pudding that pressure steams in just 15 minutes. Cooking charts and instructions for hard-boiling eggs in a pressure cooker will be included. Registration is required.
