MINUTES

      November 9, 2011

The Johnston Public Library Board of Trustees met for a special meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday November 9, 2011 in the Archive Room. Present were Alex Johnston, Shirley Weuve, Dennis Schuessler, Heather Schmitz, Taena Fowler, Director Willona Goers and Assistant Director Maurine Myers.

Approve Agenda

Dennis Schuessler moved approval of the agenda.   The motion was seconded by Heather Schmitz and unanimously approved.

Budget Proposal for FY12/13 and First Amendment for FY11/12

Dennis Schuessler moved approval of the budget as presented with commensurate changes to the wage related expenses and a decision package for infrastructure not to exceed $25,000.00.  The motion was seconded by Heather Schmitz and unanimously approved.

Adjournment

Dennis Schuessler moved for adjournment.  The motion was seconded by Heather Schmitz, unanimously approved and the meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
