JOHNSTON LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MINUTES
November 9, 2010

The Johnston Public Library Board of Trustees met for a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday November 9 2010 in the Archive Room.  Present were Heather Schmitz, Alex Johnston, Taena Fowler, Shirley Weuve, Director Willona Goers and Assistant Director Maurine Myers.

Approve Agenda
Heather Schmitz moved approval of the agenda.  The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler and unanimously approved.

Budget proposal for FY11/12 and 1st Budget Amendment for FY 10/11
Heather Schmitz moved approval of the 1st Budget Amendment for FY10/11 as proposed.  The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler and unanimously approved.  Heather Schmitz then moved approval of the FY11/12 Budget Proposal including the decision package for library materials.  The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler and unanimously approved.

Adjournment
Heather Schmitz moved for adjournment of the meeting. The motion was seconded by Taena Fowler, unanimously approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:25 pm.
