Why won't my library card number and PIN work?
There could be several reasons.
1) If you haven't used your card for quite a while perhaps your library card is expired and needs to be renewed. To renew your card you need to come to the Johnston Public Library with proof of your current address and your photo identification. If any fees are outstanding on the expired card, they will need to be paid before a renewal can be completed.
2) If your Johnston library card ends in a punctuation mark, space, or a non-alphanumeric character, the WILBOR website is unable to process your card number. Please bring your Johnston library card to the Library, and we will give you a new number at no charge so you can use the WILBOR website.
